Property managers using REProHQ, Inc. are legally required to collect tenant consent before onboarding tenants onto the platform. Consent must be obtained verbally or in writing as part of the lease agreement or through an updated conversation with existing tenants.
Consent Requirements for New Tenants
When onboarding new tenants to REProHQ, Inc., property managers must have already collected consent for SMS communications. This consent should be obtained either:
- As part of the lease agreement (written consent)
- Through verbal consent during lease signing or property onboarding conversations
Legal Requirement: Property managers are legally required to have collected this consent before adding tenants to the REPro platform. The platform provides tools to record and document this consent for compliance purposes.
Consent Requirements for Existing Tenants
For existing tenants being onboarded to REProHQ, Inc., property managers must obtain consent through an updated conversation with the tenant. This can be done:
- Verbally during a phone call or in-person conversation

- As part of a lease renewal or updated lease agreement
